STREAM version 0.9

This is STREAM, version 0.9 of February 2001, for Windows machines with sound cards. It's available FREE for radio amateurs from IZ8BLY, the author.

This software is IZ8BLY's implementation of MFSK16 for keyboard-to-keyboard communications, which will let you experiment with the new digital communications modes; the program is discussed in the March 27, 2001 Mid-Week Edition of "Dxers Unlimited."

This binary file is a Windows setup program called stream-setup.exe. To download the program, just click on the link. (You may need to hold down the CTL or SHIFT key while you click.)
