This is PSK31, version 1.06, of April 25 1999. Its author Peter Martinez, G3PLX of the United Kingdom, made it available FREE for radio amateurs.

This fantastic software for keyboard-to-keyboard communication via radio is discussed in the May 8, 1999 Weekend Edition of "Dxers Unlimited," and it is available here for listeners to download.

The PSK31 program is in zipped form. This is a binary file that should be unzipped after you download it to your computer.
